Payment Terms

Dynasty Business Adviser company services can be paid by cash when the client comes to our office or by bank transfer of the amount specified in the contract, on a card, or to our bank account.

If the payment is made by bank transfer, the procedure requires confirming the payment and matching the amount received with the invoice. In that case, the client must provide Dynasty Business Adviser with sufficient information about the fee paid by sending it to [email protected]:

  • Name of the client’s company.
  • Invoice number.
  • Copy of the bank payment order.

Dynasty Business Adviser is not liable for any losses incurred by the client due to the impossibility of identifying the payment. The client’s responsibility is to pay bank commissions and any other additional costs.

In case of cancellation of the order at the stage when the documents have already been legalized according to the current legislation but have not been submitted for registration to the UAE state authorities, the payment for their preparation will be charged according to the declared cost of this service. Disputes regarding fees between the client and Dynasty Business Adviser are resolved following UAE law.
