- License original.
- Original certificate of the Chamber of Commerce.
- Initial commercial registration.
- Resolution of the Council detailing the establishment of the branch and the appointment of a manager.
- No capital required.
Branch of a foreign company for Business Club / Bronze / Silver / Gold
- Application form.
- Certificate of registration of the parent company.
- Memorandum and Charter of the parent company.
- Resolution of the Board detailing the establishment of the branch and the appointment of an authorized manager of the subsidiary.
- A copy of the passport of the representative or head of the company
- One color photograph of the manager.
- No capital required.
Documents 2, 3 and 4 must be certified by the UAE Embassy in the company’s country of origin and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE.

To conduct business in the Ajman Media City free zone, two types of licenses are issued:
- commercial, which allows you to engage in online and offline sales, including export-import operations, wholesale and retail trade in the UAE, sales of entertainment and media products;
- service license, giving the right to provide various services – transport, medical, educational, marketing and others.
Each license can include up to 5 permitted activities.
What documents are needed to register a company?
To register a company in Ajman Media City Free Zone you must submit the following:
- identification data on the owner, founders, directors and managers;
- for founders-individuals and directors: copies of a passport with stamps on visits to the UAE over the last 3 years, as well as documents confirming place of residence;
- for founders who are legal entities: registration certificate, charter, register of shareholders and managers. All these documents must be legalized;
