Note:

Documents 2, 3 and 4 must be certified by the UAE Embassy in the company’s country of origin and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE.

Step-by-step procedure for registering a company:

  • Fill out the form and send it to the AMC employee by email (our portal will be ready soon and there will be a possibility to submit applications online). The application shall indicate:
    • Customer data and contact information.
    • Company name – 3 options.
    • Kind of activity.
    • Amount of capital
  • An AMC employee submits a request for name approval.
  • After the name is approved, the form and documents are submitted for approval to the head of the Commercial Approval Department.
  • After pro forma invoice approval, a copy or electronic invoice is created in the free zone.
  • The license along with a package of documents is sent in electronic format with a QR code for a check by a third party.

Types of licenses in Ajman Media City Free Zone

To conduct business in the Ajman Media City free zone, two types of licenses are issued:

  • commercial, which allows you to engage in online and offline sales, including export-import operations, wholesale and retail trade in the UAE, sales of entertainment and media products;
